Magenta Bliss (Jenny Boult) has gone and will never be replaced.
Magenta was gifted, intelligent, generous and sometimes difficult: a poet, playwright and fiction writer she made an impression wherever she went. She was passionate, a friend, who lived life and spoke through the chaos with a clear, clean voice. Her books (of which her PressPress chapbook was one) were never appreciated as much as they should have been - she did not play the right games, tell the right lies, or shut up and be convenient. She believed in what she did and she did it well. This is enough. She's already missed by those who knew and loved her.
